Back in 2006 when Carolyn Hardy put together an investment group to purchase the Coors-Memphis Brewery from her former employer, I am not sure even she thought they would net a bid of more than triple their purchase price in less than five years of ownership. However, that is exactly what she and her partners were able to accomplish.

Hardy Bottling Company – the largest minority, woman-owned contract packaging facility in Tennessee has agreed to terms with City Brewing Company, the largest dedicated contract manufacturer of brewed products in North America.

Also, the Memphis-Shelby County Industrial Development board has approved a tax break to help the company redevelop the plant.
